In order to be eligible to apply for Canadian Permanent Residency through the Canadian Experience Class CEC program under the Express Entry system, you must meet the following requirements:

• Have a minimum of 12 months of full-time Canadian work experience in a skilled occupation within the past three years. The skilled occupation must fall under the TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3 job categories.
• Meet the minimum language proficiency requirement based on the job categories: CLB 7 （IELTS 6.0）for TEER 0 or 1 job categories and CLB 5 （IELTS Listening, Writing, Speaking 5.0, and Reading 4.0）for TEER 2 or 3 job categories.
• Must be admissible to Canada.
• Intend to live outside the province of Quebec.
• There is no specific education requirement for the CEC program; however, your educational background may positively impact your ranking within the Express Entry (EE) pool.
